most of what people think of as 'from Egyptians' has to have a provenanuce, it needs a chain of ownership, and it has to be verified.
the images you show are modern creations, they do not represent what is at the temples, but are modern fabrications.

the other thing: with 5000 years or more of history there, it's a bit important to say which period, what temple, which artifacts, what mueseum you get your data from.
