Of course anon has no idea if, in 2006, they held onto it and registered it under the blind trust or if they sold it and the new owner placed it in the trust. They do hidde their Flight Plans on Flight Aware though.

There is are other possibilies though. It could be a political statement aimed at Kimberly Gardner or Mark McCloskey. Drawing jail cell bars over them. Pilots have been known to do that in the past. The recent FU drawn in the sky at stretchen Gretchen comes to mind. 15,000 feet does seem kinda high to being doing such a tightly paced sensor run. Could be commercial aerial photo mapping too I suppose.
