I've found it interesting that this Sydney Australia time is the most often used version of the "R-post," 14 hours ahead of USA east coast, during daylight savings. I'd imagine there's a clue to be had there.
Map attached suggests central AUS time (+14 hrs), but real time check says Sydney time is +14 in summer. I am 99.6% certain my capture is correct EDT stamp.
