A Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network whitepaper published in May of 2010 reveals a planned scenario in which governments around the world would be able to more easily take over society and institute a total and complete Orwellian police state by locking down the remaining few humans that survive a contrived pandemic outbreak.

 

The report titled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development has a stated goal of creating “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”

 

“A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues… An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge… An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.”

 

The report goes on to detail a scenario dubbed “Lockstep” which reads:

I believed them, got a flu shot, for about 3 years; in 2002 my daughter was told be her bosses at Natividad Hospital in Salinas, California that even tho her shot the previous year had made her so ill she couldn't get out of bed for a week, they told her they did no care, get it out be fired; she got it, went home sick, then I raced get back that night, and she died twice, they brought her back,v them she was hospitalized for SEVEN DAYS!!!! Then home for two more weeks! She quit then!! Also, when I quit getting flu shots, I DID NOT EVER GET A FLU AGAIN!!!! After those years, I got flus every winter, even throughout the years, sick as Hell several times a year; I have not had more than mild cold or flu since then.

The Trump campaign has better ways of figuring out how much support they have. They do not use telephone polls at all except for certain vetted lists of people (think panels). Calling random people out of the blue no longer works because of the breakdown of trust in American society.
