I am taking care of Elderly Parents who want me to put up Trump flag. I know for a fact they won't say they are voting for Trump because they keep their views close to the chest (like the old days)
But I won't put up a Trump flag because I can't always be here and they can't get around well.
There have been many incidents nearby cities and they live way out in the country.
The family business is the same - apolitical is best since we don't want to lose 1/2 our business. Business and political views don't always make sense to mix. For example Most of the family voted Dem in previous years and now they ALL will be voting Republican. We all support Trump. We just don't say it aloud in most company because the Old friends who have progressively become unbearable to be around Never Trumpers. It's not like they completely hide their views. (they challenge people and point out the many Good things Trump has done) and none of us will DENY it if asked. We just don't go around with a sign most of the time (unless we are in a zone with other supporters.)
But you'd damn well better believe we speak out about the Covid nonsense, and BLM nonsense when it comes up.
We also defend Trump if someone gets in our face. We just don't put flags up in remote locations where we can't be there to defend the home.
From what I've seen there are lots of Trump silent supporters. It doesn't ALWAYS mean a person is a pussy if they choose Discretion as the better part of Valor.
