This 1996 case ruled that people held a "non-trivial privacy interest in their booking photos" and overturned the 20 year old law that allowed them to be published publicly.

While I wish no one ill or a shorter life, with her cancer treatment ongoing, any complication could have major ramifications.
If she gets sick enough that any of her "ICE" drugs have to be withheld, that could allow the cancer to come back quickly and overwhelm her system;
If the ongoing treatments do not allow for knocking out the new infection promptly, then that may be a major issue.
Of course, based on past hospital visits and medical privacy, we won't know any of the details.
It would be interesting to me if the infection they are battling is COVID19 and with her co-morbidites she is prime example of COVID19 related complications. The left would certainly play that to the hilt. Wonder if she has been taking HCQ???
All speculation, but just thinking through the keys here.
Won't matter, her staff will do her rulings in her absence, just like the last time.
