Tuberville was involved with a partner that defrauded investors and got caught. The partner took the fall. Tuberville did pay an undisclosed sum in fines but no jail. He has potential as a swamp dweller.
There aren’t enough votes left. Only rural areas remain and there aren’t enough votes to close the gap.
This is potentially worrisome. If his principals can be compromised in any way, Congress will see to it.

My guess is McConnell is backing Tuberville not sure
