Seems to me that no serving member of the administration OR serving member of Congress should be permitted to serve as a juror on the Military Tribunals. (Optics wouldn’t allow for a seated Republican to try Democrats.)

So if Sessions and Gowdy are meant to serve as jurors, then they can’t be in office at the time, imo.
