I’d say that’s a piss poor attempt from the SDNY, given they’ve had much of the evidence for 20 years or more. But so long as GM can’t opt out of life in the MCC, she might get miserable enough to make a deal. Then again, I’m not sure that SDNY wouldn’t rather it all go away … forever this time.
