Originally assumed poster had compiled from other reports - chart would be easy to make from say a table in a report. But cannot find the original post from June 15 or a report with a table - although the data may be buried somewhere in that this account:

Anon who originally posted said image came from a video but have not found that video yet. If anon is still here, can you post a link plz?
Will continue to dig, this is an excellent chart and similar to others i have seen but more complete. So am highly motivated to find original sauce.
