I don't follow CDAN, but read some of the stories when they are pointed out. I don't ever remember Enty predicting ANY arrests, just providing juicy gossip. But actual predictions of arrest? Nope.
Live in metropolitan area, Walmart here now has hired security guards outside questioning everyone with no mask. If you tell them ADA, HIPPA, for example, they will NOT make you wear one. Alternatively, if you wear one in to eliminate the hassle, taking it off once inside produces no issues.
