This needs more digging, but it looks like great news given what we've seen in the numbers coming out of FL/TX/AZ. Absurd numbers in the wake of re-closing, masks, and the heat in these states.
This could be at least an end to the inflated numbers, if not a full blown investigation into what the CDC is reporting and how.
