I spent a few minutes checking covers at DDG, but the only other obvious pedo symbolism I have seen is the girl's shirt on this dog cover.
There is probably far more sinister stuff once you dig in deeper, and the source material and subject matter should be very rich in "biblical" symbolism "hidden in plain sight"
