I believe that there is a frequent resetting of what people know through an EMP that affects our memory.
Almost everyone is affected, so no one notices.
While this is happening, they roll out more advanced mind control technology, coupled with their msm and social media platforms to increase their control abilities over humans.
Q is a back-channel, to circumvent the msm narrative, allowing people to understand where thing are heading (arrest of HRC as an example), relieving people of being constantly reset to practically 0 or worse, to following the msm narrative blindly.
