Quick Microwave Keto Brownie
1 small plastic container (big enough to hold a serving or two of brownie mixture)
Dry ingredients:
4 tbsp flax meal
2 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
8 tsps Monk Fruit granulated sweetener (or your sugar-free sweetener of choice)
Sieve all dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly, then add the following wet ingredients:
2 TBSP melted butter (or oil of your choice: coconut, avocado, olive, etc…)
2 TBSP water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Beat all wet ingredients thoroughly into the dry ingredients and put into a microwave safe container and put into the microwave for 3 minutes.
