that video makes zero sense. They are arresting on perp and 30 run over on the bike path of the bridge after one starts wacking a cop over the railing with a long stick/pipe. they dont have cops on either side of the bridge to get the perp. cameras everywhere and there are only two points of exit on a fucking bridge.
