This is an update on the earlier FOCUS ON THE FAMILY post that I made this morning. Unfortunately, it didn't get noted, but I will attach a screencap of the original post. The long and the short of it: Focus on the Family puts out a kids magazine. As a Christian organization, you might expect certain things from their publications, like perhaps mentioning the name of Jesus once in awhile (it doesn't) and perhaps not having commonly-known, FBI-vetted pedophile symbols in their cover-art. Unfortunately, both of those things were true of the latest issue of "Clubhouse JR". The artists who did the cover art are a Russian couple, Olga and Aleksey Ivanov, living in Evergreen, Colorado (all that should at least set off a bell for anons).
This is from the anon who sent me the picture. He called Focus on the Family and reported the following:
"Just got off the phone with focus on the family editor. Great call and they have an off site meeting tomorrow where he said he will 'start by opening with the message I shared that we need to double down on the Truth of Jesus Christ.' Also plan to do an audit of artists.
"He said the time of my call was God ordained. Praise him. They’ve replaced the eye and the symbols already seen on the cover already."
