Police Reform? Here is Police Reform. During the approximately 56 million contacts the nation's police have with approximately 17% of the population…………………if you are stopped by LE and subsequently arrested and you resist, and in the process of resisting you strike or hit, or attempt to take any Police Officer's weapons while resisting, the Police Officer will have the right as any citizen would, who is assaulted by another, to not only defend himself but to beat your fucking ass to a bright, red pulp until you either stop resisting, or are beaten bad enough where you are no longer physically able to resist. If in any situation where one Police Officer is unable to handle a suspect or suspects then as many as it takes of fellow Police Officers needed to beat your fucking ass ICU worthy is authorized until you are physically unable to resist or until you comply and stop resisting.
THIS is much needed and desired Police Reform. Doesn't matter the color of your skin, your religion, your ethnicity, creed, walk of life or who your fucking Mommy is. Resist arrest and stage one of judgement and punishment is authorized.
