Supposedly, she's a naturalized US citizen. She would have had to have had a continuous residency in the US for 5 years, unless she was a qualified spouse of a US citizen, in which case it would be 3 years.

Very possible, IMO, crimes she is charged with were committed while she was on a green card. Don't know how that would shake out from a law perspective.
