27th July 2020 - that will be 60 days after Trump made the big steam about Section 230 where it stated these social media companies have 60 days

 

Perhaps someone can point to the exact statements made.

 

Iโ€™m going off memory for the most part here, but I remember it saying something about companies having 60 days to prove they are complying with all the things that make them viable to get the protections that section 230 make possible.

 

This twitter hack and the announcements from Reddit could be just 2 things that could make a difference, assuming cases are being built.
