Lawfags and Citizens

The fight against mask mandates is unfolding in a NH Court for everyone to read. Link includes access to all the legal filings in a lawsuit against a mask mandate/ordinance in Nahsua NH

My recommendation is to go to "The Revised Complaint" and read that first.

There is a suit in the State of New Hampshire by a citizen (represented by a law firm), to stop mandatory mask order. All of the legal paperwork is easily available to read online. I have included the link here, yet again. Read "The Ammended Complaint" first to understand the argument. This is a pretty good legal model to fight this mask shit.

And, where is there an Emergency?

"Nashua resident Andrew Cooper had filed a request for a preliminary injunction as part of his lawsuit seeing to end Gov. Chris Sununu’s emergency declaration and the city’s rules requiring members of the public to wear face masks when entering any business, work site or government building.

He argued that Sununu lacked the authority to make the declaration because “there is no ‘emergency’ in New Hampshire,” a claim that Hillsborough County Superior Court Judge Jacalyn Colburn said Monday defied common sense."

"Based on death certificate data, the percentage of deaths attributed to pneumonia, influenza or COVID-19 (PIC) decreased from 6.9% during week 26 to 5.5% during week 27, representing the eleventh week of a declining percentage of deaths due to PIC. The percentage is currently below the epidemic threshold…"

(Note that the CDC lumps ALL pneumonia, influenza or COVID-19 together.)
