They have sold billions of dollars worth of PPE extorting public praise. They have thousands of acts of espionage and done billions of dollars worth of damage to our nation.
Barr called out the entertainment industry and Big Tech for their lapdog servility, technology transfers and for building China's massive social control infrastructure which includes 24/7 monitoring of every citizen via the 'social credit.' system.
