John 1:1
In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.
"They never thought they'd get caught!"
Anyone who believes in God and has Jesus in their heart can and does speak the word of God. So the Bible is God's word but so are the voices of his believers.
I interpret that verse as God's word being Jesus himself
