probably irrelavent, anyone think there's something in this Depp movie?
the whole movie is about Depp's unscrupulous character being paid to hunt down a book that can be used to summon the devil. he doesn;t believe it in the beginning, but as the story goes, some random stranger (angel/demon in human form) starts helping him while people he knows start dying in unusual positions. he finds his friend dead in the same position as the attached pic…. remember ellen? anyways, the guy procuring the book tries summoning the devil using the drawings from the 3 survivng copies of the book (only difference between the books are the drawings like the attached pic. 9 unique drawings between the 3 books) but ends up screwing up and dies in a fire and Depp's character uses the drawings to enter the "9th gate" to hell if I recall correctly.
