I went looking for the Easter egg he is talking about and found a few other things.
The Angel of Death target looks like Queen Lizzy.
These elusive targets, as the game calls them, are new missions added every few weeks or so.
After looking at some of the other targets, there may be other connections to be made.
For example, target 13. The Chef, was made available from May 18th - 28th, 2018.
