I'm happy to see the world is recognizing that Ehud Barak was the face of Israel's DS. He deserves to go down, and Israel deserves to be rid of ilk like him.
Generally speaking, you're correct. Sprinkle in the radicals on the left and right, you have a nation of cross-cutting cleavages, which is why their recent election was so chaotic.
Many would say you're not incorrect.
Just today, I read this in JPOST:

I'm going to disagree with you there. I think Jews are fine doing what they're doing, and Christians are fine doing what they're doing. There's nothing more dangerous in this world than thinking that what works for "you" should work for others. And I just want to let you know, comments like this are exactly why Jews vote overwhelmingly democrat. They really don't like being talked down to and proselytized to by the religious right.
They are in tune with God, but in their own way. Jews believe that their messiah has yet to return and that they are right, and Christians believe the messiah has returned and that they are right. It's as simple as that.
Instead of asking that Jews "return to God" as you see fit, respect that they have a different opinion.
And again, that's what Christians believe, but not Jews, or Hindus, or Muslims, or Buddhists, or atheists, or Zoroastriansโฆ
And Jews interpret it differently. In fact, Jews don't even agree on what God has said in the tanakh.
I hope for your sake that your interpretation works. For Jews, it doesn't work, and if you are right in the end, let that not be your problem.
I'm aware. There's a lot of truths that hopefully will be made known soon. :)
It's believed to be there. Truly lovely place from my experience!
Oh thank God!
