Wheeler was connected to Colm Connelly - Delaware prosecutor with good reputation. Connelly was Wheeler's attorney. Biden declined to endorse him for a judge position, but Trump has since made him a judge. Wheeler was last seen exiting the Nemours office building where Connelly's law offices were.
