With a full-sized stencil, a couple pairs of helping hands and a pump tank (weed killer style)? About as fast as you can walk.

Lay the stencil down. Spray the outer edges to establish a border. Pick the stencil back up (fold in quarters. With multiple spray tanks, fill in the insides. Get the hell back in the truck and GO, GO, GO! ;-)

With three people and a little practice beforehand, I'm guessing ~3-4 minutes total.
