What's the shadow government and the deep states final move once backed into a corner?

Are they going to use communications networks to turn the population into "drones" (if they aren't already) or fry everyone?

If they have biometrics and track everyone 24/7 then they can use electronic warfare to selectively kill anyone/everyone. They have to have a dead man's switch, where?

If the internet kill switch is flipped how will we know what's going on? Q researchers should come up with a backup way to contact other Patriots in case internet goes down. Ham radio channel or something..
