Consider that the plan got put on hold because President Trump wasn't going down as easily as first anticipated. Consider, also, that while anons assumed the Trump victory was won over a Hillary victory - suppose there were tons of ballots placed into the system sloppy with "from russia" on them… Which were removed - and those ballots were for Trump… Not Hillary.
