I prefer to tune my oraanism antenna to the frequency i want to receive.
But in transmit I prefer to broadcast
if you tune your transmit you are just talking.
If all you do is boradcast you are preaching.
If you block reception you are filtering and that takes discression as that states the signal receives is completly incompatable with yours - it happens but monitor first to define the received signal deserves filtering.
EM wise filtering is pretty easy.
As certian frequencies have positive or negative impacts on an organism

until we can listen to all frequencies at once and get it all conciously (not just influence upon us) then we are too limited - Try watching or listening to 12 stations at once you can't you switch focus not get it all.

I can only do 4 streams and get it all and that is without transmit as that defines one and basically block filters the others.
why? because once you transimt on a frequency the other frewquncies monitoring never receive.
