Donald Barr (August 8, 1921 – February 5, 2004) was anOffice of Strategic Services (OSS) agent, an American educator, and a writer. He taught English at Columbia University, was headmaster at the Dalton School in New York City (1964–74) and the Hackley School in Tarrytown, New York[1], and wrote two science fiction novels.[2] One of his sons is United States Attorney General William Barr.

It just occurred to anon that this is a rather strange sentence.
But then again, it is wikipedia. So there is that.
I'dlike to know more about what the AG's father did during the war. The OSS is of special interest to this anon. I've read up quite a bit about it. But have never come across the name Donald Barr. All I have is that he was part of the de-nazification effort after the war.

U.S. Nuclear Engineer Sentenced to 24 Months in Prison for Violating the Atomic Energy Act
Szuhsiung Ho, aka Allen Ho, 66, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Taiwan, was sentenced today to 24 months in prison and one year of supervised release. Ho was also ordered to pay a $20,000 fine. The defendant pleaded guilty in January 2017 to conspiracy to unlawfully engage or participate in the production or development of special nuclear material outside the U.S., without the required authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), in violation of the Atomic Energy Act.
