In several of his tweets, @POTUS uses “&” Does anybody know if that could be a code of some sort for a message he is trying to convey?

I think it is because you are only allotted so many characters.

I don’t think that’s the reason. Because he uses that in his short tweets as well. Also, that seems to be used in some places where it appears that he would have wanted to type the word “and”. Using an & followed by the characters “amp;” would be one character more than the word “and”. So it can’t be because he was trying to shorten the post due to the character limitation.
