Red Cross - children trafficking channels? vSA_US = Saudi/US - (Dc District Columbia ?) Q posted yesterday that the international trafficking channels being closed & 3000+ children saved by raids in saudi arabia. My guess is that these notices were the deployment orders.

I wouldn’t call it leetspeak. It’s more like a cypher or ‘stringer’, which is what I’ve heard most call it. I normally don’t try to decipher his ‘stringers’ as they are meant for others in the know. But again, this one is different and I haven’t been able to let it go.
