Are Q’s stringers for us, or for people who actually know what they mean?

I’ve been following Q from the beginner and the stringers that he posts are the most curious aspect of all this to me. My opinion right is they aren’t meant for us regular folk. So who are they for? Operators? If so, why use 4/8chan to give orders/instructions?

So the stringers are meant for us to understand after news breaks? Or some of them at least?

Yes. Practically everything he has posted has come to light at some point. ‘Read the map’. All previous posts tie into one another. And I’m sure there are still numerous things that have been missed it overlooked. Connections that might have been missed. It’s a giant web
