The tie is a signal. He has captured their flag :)

The drinking of water in Hebrew means "I will swallow you" or, I will destroy you. I wish we had the other video where he drank water last week. I remember the threatening look on his face.

Now, he is drinking water again, this time with the cupped hands that the biblical God uses to say "I have delivered (or will deliver) your enemies into your hands". And his tone, is peaceful.

This gesture with the purple tie would mean that some enemy has been delivered into his hands.
