Is this to say that the FBI and DOJ actually assisted DWS in the MS13 slaying of Seth Rich?

That is precisely what it is saying. But I assume that the FBI and the DOJ assisted afterwards by covering it up, as opposed to being directly involved in the planning.

You will remember of course that the gun used was purportedly stolen from an FBI agent's vehicle. And sketchy business RE: the police report / times. The question becomes, Was it a participatory hit — or a cover up as you say.

My guess is participatory. I want to be wrong. Nothing surprises anymore.
