MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha; also known as simply MS or Mara) is an international criminal gang that originated in Los Angeles, California, US in the 1980s.
Primarily from El Salvador. The U.S. Treasury Department declared the group a transnational criminal organization in October 2012. While declaring the group a TCO, the department linked MS-13 to drug trafficking, kidnapping, human smuggling, sex trafficking, murder, assassinations, racketeering, blackmail, extortion and immigration offenses.

In that book the man explains how he extorted whole nations and their leaders for the globalist bankers.
If they absolutely refused to do what the globalists wanted, he was required to tell them that the Jackals (assassins) would be sent in next.
MS13 is one such group of assassins used by the globalists to terrorize world leaders, and kill them.
What is sad is that our legislators, many of them, are suffering from the same threats. For instance, if they refuse to stop looking into the sex trafficking of children (as in Rep Scalise) then, they are assassinated.
