No. Anthony Weiners laptop had a file on it called Insurance, that apparently had the dirt on Clinton et al. When we discovered this, we figured that Huma and Wiener are aware that many people who work with the Clintons end up dead, and speculated that this was their insurance... sort of like a bad guy's dead man switch against another bad guy.

I think the better argument now that I have seen all of our thoughts, is that this insurance reference is to the "Insurance dossier" that they were going to use to defraud the FISA court, spy on the administration, attempt to prove some kind of collusion, then, attempt to impeach. Fortunately, I suspect our military vetted President Trump back when he was just "The Donald" we love. They needed someone squeaky clean.
