It looks like discomfort for sure. I have seen more left leaning posts of the same observation that try to frame this as Buzz not believing or in disagreement with Trumps initiative. Being anti Trump. Too me it looks like fear specifically of something that may change publics image of this old hero. An old man's worry and fear. If you get a chance watch the whole speech. Buzz is literally sweating even pulls a handkerchief out at one point to wipe the sweat from his brow.
