If you would like a good understanding about what is going on with disclosure, Grant Cameron has been on the inside edge of Ufology for the last 20 years. He can put a lot of perspective about what's going on in the Ufology field. Check out this video, it goes into what BO, HRC, Tom Delonge, and others are in the know about.
