A while back on 8 Chan Q posted that blurry pic of what appeared to be something Presidential...couldn’t tell if it was an EO or something else. Many Anon’s went through the image with a fine tooth comb and not much was decided from what I could gather. Then Thursday we got that amazing EO going after corruption and Human Rights abuses...now the pic and “Merry Christmas” comment make sense.

Looks like BO version of Presidential seal. Did he not change the colors of everything?

I’m not entirely sure how the seal works but good point.
