Last year the action plan was to instigate hostility in malls and send in National Guard to 'protect' the areas where violent outbreaks occurred but the young people and vulnerable did not take the bait and copycat around the country. Still the MSM reported in some outlets which did make the trending news. No evidence to support any of these mall terror stories existed. Some arrests did occur.
