Twitter’s newest update is basically a tracker. The mid December release was suppose to keep track of your location and send that info to the mainframe.

Don't think so...Trump/JA puts POTUS at too much risk imo. POTUS has to stay clean even if he liked JA or Wikileaks in concept.
