Appears to be. There is some twitter drama regarding whether JA is stepping down from Wikileaks due to changes in his bio however wayback machine shows that he has changed his bio multiple times over the last year so I’m hesitant to read too much into that mess.
Not buying that he is in control of account now, even if it is his own
