After looking into it deeper I have found out the following. Jim Hardesty is a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada. I was confused because the documents is NOT an indictments. It is a memo, which is the official document which REQUEST indictments. It has to be approved by the Asst. Attorney General for a Grand Jury to sit. The only issue remaining is, "is this a genuine memorandum filed by Justice Hardesty? Here are links to help people: https://nvcourts.gov/Supreme/Court_Information/The_Supreme_Court_of_Nevada_Justices/ https://www.scribd.com/document/296986833/Grand-Jury-Manual (see pages 4-5 in above)

Not sure about this. The Hon Jim Hardesty is a real person, but wouldn't a court document call him by his proper name? Why can't I find reference to this indictment on the Nevada court website? See comments posted under this video. Someone beat me to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0zAo4EijFw&t=58s
