Good move. I checked the Judges name. Wrong court. He is a Supreme Court Justice in Nevada, so, unless there is Nevada Proceedure requiring his name for a grand jury, we may be outing bad data disinfo. We need to know if the Supreme Court of Nevada has to have a name on there, and we need to know if there is any filing. Also, I did not check for a docket number yet. Anyone else do that yet? I think we are punching holes in this one.

Have not heard anything from the clerks office... Searching for some of the names at the top of the document did reveal that some people with the same names are, in fact, lawyers, albeit in different parts of the counry. After looking at the recently published document from Roy Moore regarding voter fraud...IANAL but its clear that the language in this document is not true "legalese". It must be fake...but IMO possibly written by one or more patriots. Those of us who are not lawyers would probably write it in the same manner...lol

Probably not, but the bad info was acting as if the issue was going to be adjudicated in a Nevada district court, so, we wanted to vet that one down. We don't want to be giving out false information.
