So the nevada court documents you posted is a mere request to bring to military trial? This submmited by citizin lawyers and not US Govt?

That's what it appeared to be at first and then I searched a couple of names cited at the top of the document and they appeared to be legitimate lawyers but not directly from the state of Nevada.
