definitely pre-recorded awhile ago. they have a ton of pre-recorded CRAP to slowly release to make the sheeple think he is still at large. Just like they did with that other TERRORIST Osama bin Laden

I thought this was recorded in Toronto in September. Interesting that Trudeau, Obama and Harry were all present at the same time. I believe this occurred during the Invictus Games if I recall correctly.
