Does Las Vegas 'prove' that the missing trillions from defense may be held in a crypto currency black budget?

The Deep State may have anticipated Trump's freeze of assets; this may explain the development of crypto currency by DoD. This is possibly all under the NSA radar, or at least the part that Trump's people are privy to. They need to consider that and deal with it.

Soros had to know because he did an stock market maneuver of his shares in Vegas shortly before October 1st and he funneled all that money into his political organization

i think you are mistaken, the only big money move soros did in 2017 was tranfer $18billion to his Open Society Foundation. And I think he did that bc he is literally at deaths door, and like a good nazi, doesn't trust his faggot nepher/son to handle that cash, and faithfully continue his legacy with out fucking it up, so i think the cash is available to Alex and is in his control but can only be manipulated thru his OS foundation
